Refund Policy

This page describes the conditions and procedure for refunds and transaction cancellations for paid products purchased on the MORPHÉ platform.

1. General principle

Because MORPHÉ Editions products are largely editorial services prepared individually for a specific film, refunds are possible only under the conditions described below.

2. MORPHÉ Film Review and MORPHÉ Print Feature

• A full refund is available if work on the piece has not yet started.
• If work on the review or feature has started but is not yet complete, a partial refund is possible, calculated in proportion to the work already done.
• Once the finished piece has been published on the MORPHÉ platform or in the printed edition, no refund is issued, as the service is considered delivered.

3. MORPHÉ Collector's Stamp

• Orders can be cancelled with a full refund before the item goes into production.
• Once production of the collector's stamp has started, cancellation and refund are no longer possible, as the product is an individually manufactured, limited item.
• If the item arrives damaged in transit or with a manufacturing defect, the buyer is entitled to a replacement or refund, provided they contact us within 14 days of receipt and supply photographic evidence of the damage.

4. Voting

Voting on the platform is currently free. If paid voting is introduced in the future, refund terms for paid votes will be described on this page before that feature launches; as a general rule, a paid vote that has already been recorded is non-refundable, since the service (recording the vote) is considered delivered immediately upon payment.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email evgeriamadarka@gmail.com with your order number, payment date, and reason for the request. Requests are reviewed within 10 business days; upon approval, funds are returned to the original payment method used, within the timeframes set by the WayForPay payment system.

6. Cancelling a transaction

In case of a technical error during payment (duplicate charge, payment system error), contact the email above — funds charged in error are refunded in full.
