These Terms & Conditions govern use of the MORPHÉ platform, including paid products in the MORPHÉ Editions section (review, print feature, collector's stamp) and participation in voting. By making a payment on this site, you agree to the terms below.

1. Seller

Products and services on this site are sold by Sole Proprietor Yevheniia Kolesnykova (registration details on the Contact page).

2. Services and products offered

• MORPHÉ Film Review — an editorial review of your film, prepared and published on the MORPHÉ platform.
• MORPHÉ Print Feature — an editorial feature (approximately 4 spreads) in the printed MORPHÉ Magazine.
• MORPHÉ Collector's Stamp — a limited collectible postage stamp featuring the film's poster, produced in collaboration with a postal service.
• Voting — participation in the public film voting that contributes to the Audience Award. Voting is currently free; if paid voting is introduced in the future, the terms will be updated on this page before that feature launches.

3. Service delivery timeframes

• MORPHÉ Film Review — prepared and published within approximately 14–21 business days of payment and receipt of the required film materials.
• MORPHÉ Print Feature — prepared within one magazine publishing cycle; the estimated timeline is confirmed individually with each filmmaker after payment.
• MORPHÉ Collector's Stamp — production depends on manufacturing capacity and postal service scheduling; estimated production and dispatch time is up to 30 business days from payment.

4. Payment methods

Payments are accepted via the WayForPay payment system (Visa/Mastercard). The list of available payment methods may expand; the current options are always shown on the checkout page at the time of order.

5. Delivery terms

MORPHÉ Film Review and MORPHÉ Print Feature are digital/editorial services delivered by email or published on the MORPHÉ platform — physical delivery does not apply.

MORPHÉ Collector's Stamp is a physical product shipped by post (local or international postal service depending on the recipient's country) to the address provided by the buyer at checkout. International shipping cost and timelines may vary by country; the exact shipping cost is communicated before payment is confirmed. MORPHÉ is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or customs procedures in the recipient's country.

6. Changes to these terms

MORPHÉ reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. The current version is always published on this page.
