These Terms & Conditions govern use of the MORPHÉ platform, including paid products in the MORPHÉ Editions section (review, print feature, collector's stamp) and participation in voting. By making a payment on this site, you agree to the terms below.

1. Seller

Products and services on this site are sold by a registered Sole Proprietor under Ukrainian law (registration details on the Contact page).

2. Services and products offered

• MORPHÉ Editions — a private, password-protected section offering limited collector and editorial items exclusively to filmmakers who have received an official MORPHÉ selection notification. Details, descriptions, and pricing for these items are disclosed only within that private section.
• Voting — participation in the public film voting that contributes to the Audience Award. Voting is currently free; if paid voting is introduced in the future, the terms will be updated on this page before that feature launches.

3. Service delivery timeframes

Production and delivery timeframes for MORPHÉ Editions items depend on the specific product ordered and are communicated to the buyer within the private MORPHÉ Editions section and at checkout.

4. Payment methods

Payments are accepted via the WayForPay payment system (Visa/Mastercard). The list of available payment methods may expand; the current options are always shown on the checkout page at the time of order.

5. Delivery terms

Physical MORPHÉ Editions items are shipped by post (local or international postal service depending on the recipient's country) to the address provided by the buyer at checkout. International shipping cost and timelines may vary by country; the exact shipping cost is communicated before payment is confirmed. MORPHÉ is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or customs procedures in the recipient's country.

6. Refunds

MORPHÉ does not offer refunds. All purchases made through MORPHÉ Editions are final once payment is confirmed.

7. Changes to these terms

MORPHÉ reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. The current version is always published on this page.
